Soccer Recap: E.E. Smith Comes Up Short

E.E. Smith lost against Overhills last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. E.E. Smith came up short against Overhills, falling 8-1. That's two games in a row now that E.E. Smith have lost by exactly seven goals.

E.E. Smith is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6. As for Overhills, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. E.E. Smith will venture away from home to challenge Pine Forest at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pine Forest will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something E.E. Smith surely won't give up without a fight. As for Overhills, they will head out on the road to square off against Western Harnett at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
