Softball Recap: Claymont Comes Up Short

Claymont suffered their closest defeat since March 29th on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Indian Valley Braves by a score of 11-9. The Mustangs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Braves earlier this season, when they won 14-10.

Claymont's loss dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Indian Valley, their win bumped their record up to 8-9.

Claymont does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Indian Valley, they will venture away from home to square off against Canton Central Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
