Westerly put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Mt. Hope Huskies as they made off with a 3-0 victory. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Westerly's got stronger as the match went on, holding Mt. Hope to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-13, 25-9.

Westerly had a senior duo take command as Lila Wycall had five digs and four aces and Ella Keegan had seven digs and two aces.

Westerly's win bumped their record up to 16-0. As for Mt. Hope, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 6-1.

Coming up, Westerly will face off against West Warwick at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Mt. Hope does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
