Volleyball Recap: Providence-St. Mel Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Providence-St. Mel can now relate to. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the MCC Crescents on Monday. The Knights just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Providence-St. Mel's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for MCC, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season.

Providence-St. Mel does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for MCC, they will face off against Chicago Hope Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
