Avonworth strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They claimed a resounding 49-7 win over the Beaver Bobcats. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Antelopes just coasted through the last quarter.

Carson Bellinger had another great game (as he tends to do), throwing for 162 yards and four TDs on only 11 passes, while also rushing for 56 yards and one touchdown. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September of 2024. Another player making a difference was Dimitri Velisaris, who rushed for 66 yards and one score on only seven carries.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Avonworth was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 290 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Beaver only rushed for 73.

Avonworth's record now sits at 10-0. As for Beaver, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 5-5.

Avonworth does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Beaver, they will head out to challenge Freeport at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
