With a playoff win on the line, Peoples Academy rose to the challenge on Saturday. They managed a 44-38 win over the White River Valley Wildcats. Winning may never get old, but the Wolves sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.

Peoples Academy's victory bumped their record up to 22-6. As for White River Valley, they moved to 20-4 with that defeat, which also ended their 13-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Peoples Academy will head out on the road to square off against Oxbow at 7:45 p.m. on Thursday. White River Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
