Volleyball Recap: Valley Christian Takes a Loss

Valley Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Redwood Christian Eagles, falling 3-0. The Vikings were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Valley Christian may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 15 points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-15, 25-15.

Valley Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Redwood Christian, their win bumped their record up to 10-8.

Looking ahead, Valley Christian will head out on the road to face off against Making Waves Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Marlins will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something the Vikings surely won't give up without a fight. As for Redwood Christian, they will face off against College Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
