Gibbs can bid farewell to their ten-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They won by a set and slipped past the Halls Red Devils 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Eagles have posted since October 15, 2024.

Gibbs wouldn't go down easily and took Halls into a fifth set where they got it done with a seven-point win. The final score came out to 23-25, 27-25, 21-25, 25-22, 15-8.

Rebekah Spierdowis paced Gibbs' offense, picking up 20 kills. Spierdowis got some help from Macy Ramsey and her 19 assists. Peyton Hargis controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Gibbs' win bumped their record up to 4-17. As for Halls, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.
