The Yellowjackets were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Prowlers earlier this season, when they won 72-69.

Thief River Falls was led to victory by Bridger Wilcox and Everett Nelson. Wilcox dropped a double-double with 35 points and ten rebounds, while Nelson dropped a double-double with 22 points and 12 boards. Those 22 points gave Nelson a new career-high.
