A big part of Gridley's win came down to the chemistry between Gus Stogsdill and his top target Kaleb Sherwood. Stogsdill rushed for 44 yards while Sherwood gained 57 total yards and two touchdowns. What's more, Sherwood also racked up 17 rushing yards, the mosthe's had since back in October of 2023. Another big playmaker for Gridley was Luis Murillo, who returned a punt for a touchdown.
