With a playoff win on the line, Sage Hill rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Sanger West Hornets by a score of 3-1. The win was familiar territory for the Lightning, who have now won ten games in a row.

Sage Hill was especially dominant in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 18-25, 25-17, 25-14.

Sanger West lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Maximus Inboon, who had ten digs and two aces. He is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had ten or more in each of the last 13 games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jayden Vang, who had 16 assists and five digs.

Sage Hill's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-11. As for Sanger West, their defeat dropped their record down to 26-16.

Sage Hill has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Taft on the 22nd. Sanger West does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
