Basketball Recap: Signal Mountain Comes Up Short

Signal Mountain lost against Baylor back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Signal Mountain Eagles were outmatched by the Baylor Red Raiders and fell 77-44. The game marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Signal Mountain has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. As for Baylor, they moved to 4-4 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Signal Mountain will be home for the holidays to greet Chattanooga Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Chattanooga Central will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Signal Mountain surely won't give up without a fight. Baylor and Osborne will compete for holiday cheer at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
