Football Recap: Palmyra-Eagle Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Palmyra-Eagle's offense. They were outmatched by the Johnson Creek Bluejays and fell 42-0. The loss was the Panthers' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Palmyra-Eagle fell to 3-1. As for Johnson Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Palmyra-Eagle will venture away from home to square off against Randolph at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Johnson Creek, they will face off against Dodgeland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bluejays will be up against the Trojans' rather soft defense (which has allowed 43.2 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
