Gordon Lee gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They strolled past the Southeast Whitfield County Raiders with points to spare, taking the game 88-71. For the Trojans, this counts as revenge for the 49-47 win the Raiders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2020.

Southeast Whitfield County's loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gordon Lee will square off against Ridgeland at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Southeast Whitfield County, they will head out to take on LaFayette at 8:30 p.m. on Friday.
