Soccer Recap: Gateway Takes a Loss

Gateway managed to keep up with Plum until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Gators came up short against the Mustangs, falling 3-0. Having soared to a lofty seven goals in the game before, Gateway's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

With the loss, Gateway broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 3-8. As for Plum, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2-1 record this season.
