Having struggled with ten losses in a row, Zephyrhills finally turned things around against Discovery on Wednesday. Zephyrhills was the clear victor by a 23-2 margin over Discovery. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Zephyrhills considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

Isabella Wright was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Wright was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with five RBI.

In other batting news, Zephyrhills got a massive performance out of Hannah Helms, who scored four runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Laila Woolfolk was another key contributor, going 2-for-3 with a home run, four runs, and two RBI.
