Softball Game Preview: Lee Academy Pandas vs. Schenck Wolverines

The Lee Academy Pandas are taking a road trip to take on the Schenck Wolverines at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.

On Monday, Lee Academy came up short against Searsport and fell 14-10.

The home team had come away the winner the last five times Schenck and Greenville had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Wolverines blew past the Lakers 16-4 on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Wolverines, who have now won three games by ten runs or more so far this season.

Schenck now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Lee Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Lee Academy was able to grind out a solid victory over Schenck in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, winning 11-8. Will the Pandas repeat their success, or do the Wolverines have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
