Spring Valley won the last time they faced White Knoll and things went their way on Saturday too. The Vikings walked away with a 2-0 win over the Timberwolves. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

Spring Valley never let White Knoll on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-18.

Rayahna Appleberry paced Spring Valley's offense, picking up four kills. Appleberry were helped by Kennedy Newton and Isabella Talde, who contributed five assists each. Tori Coetzee controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Spring Valley's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for White Knoll, they now have a losing record of 0-1-1.

Coincidentally, Spring Valley and White Knoll will both be playing Brookland-Cayce the next time they take the court. The Vikings will head out to face the Bearcats at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Timberwolves will play them later in the day, at 11:45 a.m.
