It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Kennewick ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Pasco Bulldogs, sneaking past 2-1. This was payback for Kennewick, who suffered a 1-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Kennewick is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. As for Pasco, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Kennewick is set to challenge their familiar foe Richland at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Pasco will take on rival Walla Walla at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
