Basketball Recap: Wilmington Wildcats vs. Herscher Tigers
Wilmington won the last time they faced Herscher and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Wilmington Wildcats strolled past the Herscher Tigers with points to spare, taking the game 51-37.
Wilmington's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Lucas Rink led the charge by going 7 for 10 from beyond the arc on his way to 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brysen Meents, who posted 12 points and eight rebounds.

Wilmington will head out on the road to challenge Clifton Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Herscher, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 69-33 victory against Gardner-South Wilmington on the 29th.
