University Prep extended their winning streak to 11 on Saturday, bumping them up to 11-0. They blew past the Boron Bobcats 9-2. The result was nothing new for the Jaguars, who have now won seven games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Angel Herrera and Connor Byrom made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Herrera pitched five innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. Coming up, University Prep will square off against Vasquez at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Boron, they will head out on the road to challenge Bishop Union at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Broncos will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last.
