Miller had lost ten straight at home dating back to last season, but on Tuesday they dropped down to 3-29 to make it 11. They came up short against the Carroll Tigers, falling 17-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 21-0 back in March.
As for Carroll, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-7-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games.
