Christ Presbyterian Academy entered their tilt with Brentwood Academy on Wednesday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 11-3 victory. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won 12 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Christ Presbyterian Academy's win was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 23-2-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for Brentwood Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-13.
