Volleyball Recap: Coudersport Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Coudersport was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Wellsboro Hornets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on Saturday.

While Coudersport was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-23, 25-16.

Reagan Miller paced Coudersport's offense, picking up ten kills. Miller got some help from Ella Wahlers and her 25 assists. Miller was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Coudersport's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Wellsboro, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season.

Coudersport has already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Austin on the 1st. As for Wellsboro, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Athens on the 2nd.
