Basketball Recap: Bayside Academy's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Bayside Academy had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 60-52 victory over the Magnolia Heights Chiefs on Saturday.

Bayside Academy's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Magnolia Heights, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bayside Academy will host UMS-Wright Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Magnolia Heights, they will square off against Heritage Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
