Basketball Recap: Poteet Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Poteet can now relate to. They fell to the Ellison Eagles 36-31.

Poteet's defeat dropped their record down to 25-7. As for Ellison, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 27-10.

Poteet does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ellison, they will challenge Wakeland on Monday. Wakeland will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Ellison surely won't give up without a fight.
