Basketball Recap: Palmyra-Eagle Comes Up Short

Palmyra-Eagle and Albany/Monticello squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Palmyra-Eagle had to settle for second. They were outmatched by Albany/Monticello and fell 85-14. Having soared to a lofty 64 points in the game before, the Panthers couldn't push the score so high this time.

Palmyra-Eagle's defeat dropped their record down to 15-13. As for Albany/Monticello, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 24-1.

As of now, neither Palmyra-Eagle nor Albany/Monticello have any future games scheduled.
