Cedar Ridge is a perfect 5-0 against Hutto since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Cedar Ridge Raiders will venture away from home to challenge the Hutto Hippos at 7:15 p.m. Hutto took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Cedar Ridge, who comes in off a win.

Cedar Ridge is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They put the hurt on Manor with a sharp 8-0 win on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won five in a row.

Cedar Ridge's offense was hitting Manor from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Gabrielle Kessler led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Hutto's offense. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of McNeil on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Hippos in their matchups with the Mavericks: they've now lost six in a row.

Hutto now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Cedar Ridge, their win bumped their record up to an identical 4-5.

Cedar Ridge beat Hutto by a goal in their previous meeting back in January, winning 1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Cedar Ridge since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
