Basketball Recap: Chester Comes Up Short

Chester lost against Sullivan West last Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Chester Hambletonians fell 27-18 to the Sullivan West Bulldogs.

Chester's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Sullivan West, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Chester will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Valley Central at 6:30 p.m. on January 27th. Chester is facing Valley Central at the right time seeing as Valley Central is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Sullivan West, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Roscoe Central at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
