It's playoff time, and De Anza had no trouble coming through when it counted. Their defense stepped up to hand the Vallejo Redhawks a 5-0 shutout on Tuesday. Considering the Dons have won eight contests by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Vallejo from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.

The win was the seventh in a row for De Anza, bringing their record for this year to 12-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 48 goals over those seven matchups. As for Vallejo, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-8.

De Anza has already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Kennedy on the 13th. Vallejo does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
