Basketball Game Preview: West Chicago Wildcats vs. Ridgewood Rebels

The West Chicago Wildcats just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Ridgewood Rebels at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. West Chicago is coming into the game hot, having won their last five games.

It was a proper cat-fight when West Chicago challenged Oswego on Thursday. West Chicago slipped by Oswego 54-53.

Meanwhile, Ridgewood came up short against Willows Academy on Tuesday and fell 59-46.

West Chicago's win bumped their record up to 22-7. As for Ridgewood, their loss dropped their record down to 9-15.

Everything came up roses for West Chicago against Ridgewood in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as the team secured a 59-32 victory. Will West Chicago repeat their success, or does Ridgewood have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
