Soccer Recap: Southwind Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Southwind was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They fell just short of the White Station Spartans by a score of 1-0. If Southwind were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to White Station when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Southwind's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8-2. As for White Station, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-7-3 record this season.

Southwind does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for White Station, they will head out on the road to take on Hillcrest at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. White Station will need to watch out since Hillcrest have now posted at least four goals in their last five contests.
