Phoenix Military's loss ends four-game winning streak at home

The Phoenix Military Firebirds's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a 60-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of Legal Prep. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Phoenix Military in their matchups with Legal Prep: they've now lost three in a row.
Legal Prep got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Marquese Washington out in front who scored 14 points. The game was Washington's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of TyShawn Spires, who scored 14 points.
Phoenix Military's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-3. As for Legal Prep, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.
Phoenix Military will be home for the holidays to greet Fenger at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Legal Prep, they will head out on the road to face off against Southland College Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
