After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Union Academy, Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They claimed a resounding 48-12 win over the Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy Eagles. With the Gryphons ahead 22-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy's defense and their four sacks. That dominant display was truly a team effort as four different players picked up one apiece.

Although Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy took the loss, they still got scores from Jahque Byrd and Kendrick Williams.
