Volleyball Recap: Osborne Takes a Loss

Osborne lost against Rock Hills back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Grizzlies. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Osborne may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 17 points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-17.

Peyton Clark paced Osborne's offense, picking up six kills. Clark got some help from Camrun Taylor and her 14 assists. Finally, Clark was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Ally Beck had a dynamite game For Rock Hills., getting 24 digs.

Osborne now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Rock Hills, their win was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0.

Osborne didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Thunder Ridge on the 9th. As for Rock Hills, they will square off against Solomon on Saturday.
