It was a good run, but Milton unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Mosinee Indians by a score of 2-1.

Milton's loss came despite strong showings from Elise Wieters and Morgan Bastian. Wieters had nine digs and one assist, while Bastian had ten digs.

Payton Allen was the offensive standout of the match as she had ten digs and one assist.

Milton's loss dropped their record down to 18-10. As for Mosinee, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 25-3.

Milton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Baraboo on the 30th. As for Mosinee, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Stevens Point on the 27th.
