Football Game Preview: Delta Charter Storm vs. Cedar Creek Cougars

Delta Charter is 1-6 against Cedar Creek since September of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Storm will head out to face off against the Cougars at 7:00 p.m.

On Friday, Delta Charter was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 14-8 to Logansport.

Meanwhile, Cedar Creek hadn't done well against Glenbrook recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Cougars were the clear victors by a 31-8 margin over the Apaches. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Cougars considering their 13-point performance the game before.

Cedar Creek's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 9.3 points on average over those games. As for Delta Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Delta Charter strolled past Cedar Creek in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a score of 38-20. Do the Storm have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cougars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
