Soccer Recap: Randolph-Macon Academy Takes a Loss

Randolph-Macon Academy's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Eastern Mennonite Flames by a score of 2-1. Randolph-Macon Academy were not able to make up for their defeat to Eastern Mennonite from their previous meeting back in September of 2021.

Randolph-Macon Academy now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Eastern Mennonite, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1-1.

Coming up, Randolph-Macon Academy is taking a road trip to square off against Highland at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Eastern Mennonite, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against The Covenant at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Mennonite's defense better be ready for this one: The Covenant have averaged an impressive 4.6 goals per game this season.
