Jeremiah Nicholson posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Thursday. He rushed for 132 yards and one TD while picking up 8.3 yards per carry.

Nicholson and Elgin will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Liberty Hill at 7:30 p.m. on October 10. The contest will pit Nicholson up against the Panthers' star RB Pierre Dylan Belinga.
