Baseball Recap: Midwest City Takes a Loss

Midwest City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 16-0 to the Bishop Kelley Comets. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Bombers haven't been shut out since back in March.

Midwest City's loss dropped their record down to 11-16. As for Bishop Kelley, their win bumped their record up to 23-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Comets beat Midwest City by a score of 7-5 on Tuesday.
