York waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Saint Ignatius College Prep Wolfpack.

Tyler Asmussen paced York's offense, picking up four kills. Asmussen got some help from Carson Cruver and his ten assists. Finally, Joe Steinecker kept York's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

York's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Saint Ignatius College Prep, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.

Coincidentally, York and Saint Ignatius College Prep will both be playing Leyden the next time they take the court. The Wolfpack will head out to face the Eagles at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Dukes will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
