Thomas MacLaren School came into Wednesday's matchup having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Everything went their way against the James Irwin Jaguars on Wednesday as they made off with a 3-0 win. For the Highlanders, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 victory the Jaguars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.

Thomas MacLaren School never let James Irwin on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-10, 25-12.

Thomas MacLaren School now has a winning record of 9-8. As for James Irwin, their loss dropped their record down to 5-12.
