Basketball Recap: Thursday's Win Is Sparta's Fifth in Last Six Outings

Sparta won the last time they faced River Dell and things went their way on Thursday too. The Sparta Spartans secured a 51-46 W over the River Dell Golden Hawks.

Sparta is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for River Dell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sparta will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against West Morris Central at 7:00 p.m. on February 11th. As for River Dell, they will take on Ramsey at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
