Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Richmond). They walked away with a 67-58 win over the Kingston Cardinals on Monday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Blue Devils also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

When it comes to explaining why Kingston lost, don't look at Austin DeRoseau. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 29 points and 11 rebounds. DeRoseau's evening made it seven games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Peyton Harrington was another key player, putting up five points along with 11 assists and six boards.

Richmond's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Kingston, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 8-2 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Richmond has already played their next contest (against Yale), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Kingston has also has no score uploaded for their next match, this one against Deckerville.
