Flag Football Recap: Westover Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Westover's offense. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 13-0 to the Dougherty Trojans, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Westover's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Dougherty, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0-1.

Westover will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Early County at 5:00 p.m. on the 21st. As for Dougherty, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 38-0 victory against Turner County on the 11th.
