Griswold has gone 9-1 against Bacon Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Wolverines will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bobcats at 5:30 p.m.

On Monday, Griswold didn't have quite enough to beat Plainfield and fell 3-2.

While Griswold ultimately came up short, they really made Plainfield work, particularly in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-16, 20-25, 21-25, 17-15.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Bacon Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They blew past Windham 3-0 on Wednesday. The Bobcats not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 28, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Bacon Academy was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-17, 25-19.

Bacon Academy's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Griswold, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.

Everything went Griswold's way against Bacon Academy in their previous meeting on September 12th, as Griswold made off with a 3-0 victory. Do the Wolverines have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bobcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
