North Surry won the last time they faced Mount Airy and things went their way on Wednesday too. The North Surry Greyhounds were the clear victor by an 18-1 margin over the Mount Airy Granite Bears. The high-scoring effort was just what the Greyhounds needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

The victory got North Surry back to even at 1-1. As for Mount Airy, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Coincidentally, North Surry and Mount Airy will both be playing South Stokes the next time they take the field. North Surry will host South Stokes at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Mount Airy will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
