Basketball Recap: Hamilton Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 23-23 at halftime, Hamilton was not quite Lakota East's equal in the second half on Friday. They fell 47-41 to the Thunderhawks. The matchup marked the Big Blue's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Hamilton has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for Lakota East, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.

Looking ahead, Hamilton won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Badin at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. Lakota East and Land O' Lakes will round out the year against one another at 8:00 p.m. on the 27th.
