Softball Recap: Beulah's Losing Streak Snapped at Eight Games

After low-scoring totals in their previous five contests, Beulah brought some dynamite into their most recent game. They blew past the Dadeville Tigers 13-7 on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Bobcats as it spelled an end to their eight-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Madison Tapley was incredible, going 3-for-5 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Claire Dubose, who scored three runs and stole Three bases. while going 2-for-5.

Tapley wasn't the only one working in the home run department: Beulah lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've posted since back in February of 2024.

Beulah's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Dadeville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Beulah wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Lee-Scott Academy on the 5th. As for Dadeville, they have also already played their next contest, a 13-6 loss against Beauregard on the 6th.
