Basketball Recap: Fargo South Comes Up Short

Fargo South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 67-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Grand Forks Central Knights. The Bruins were not able to make up for their loss to the Knights from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Fargo South's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Grand Forks Central, their victory ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-9.

Fargo South and Fargo North will meet in a classic North v. South matchup at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Grand Forks Central, they will head out to take on Horace at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Horace knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten games -- so hopefully Grand Forks Central likes a good challenge.
